  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for all orders. Shipping times and costs will depend on the destination, the size, and the weight of your order. During checkout, you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order as well as the delivery destination. The total cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet the expected delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions. We are not responsible for these delays but will make every effort to assist you in tracking your order.
